Christoffel offers digital design, development, branding, and related services. All deliverables are created based on the agreed project scope outlined in your contract.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and materials required for your project. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Payments
Payments are due as per the contract terms. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in your agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment. Christoffel retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
8. Amendments
Christoffel may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
