What exactly is the free SEO check?
It’s a one-page, plain-English report on how your business shows up on Google today. Not a 40-page PDF full of jargon, and not a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. We look at four things: where you rank for the searches that matter in your town, how your Google Business Profile looks next to your competitors, how fast your website loads on a phone, and whether Google can actually read what’s on it.
How does it work, step by step?
Step 1: fill in the form on our contact page or send us a WhatsApp with your business name, your town and your website address. Step 2: within 2 working days we run the checks and write them up. Step 3: you get a short report with the three fixes that would make the biggest difference, in order. Step 4: that’s it. If you’d like us to do the fixes, we’ll quote. If not, you have a free to-do list.
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there’s no obligation. We do it because it’s the honest way to start a conversation: you see what’s actually wrong before anyone talks about money. Our websites are a once-off build fee plus one monthly fee that covers hosting, updates, support and SEO work every month. Starter is R5,000 + R1,200/month, Growth R10,000 + R2,000/month and Premium R20,000 + R3,500/month, all excluding VAT and all month to month.
Why SEO, and not just a website?
Because a website nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. SEO agencies in South Africa typically charge R11,500 to R25,000 a month for SEO alone. We include SEO work in every plan, in three tiers: SEO Essentials on Starter, Local SEO on Growth and Advanced SEO on Premium. The free check shows you where you are now, so you can see what that monthly work changes.
What’s included in the check, and what isn’t?
Included: your rankings for your main services in your town, a Google Business Profile review, a mobile speed test, a look at your page titles and structure, and three prioritised fixes. Not included: a full keyword strategy, competitor backlink analysis or content planning. Those are part of the monthly plans.
Does it work if I’m not in Kimberley?
Yes. We’re based in Kimberley in the Northern Cape, but the check runs completely online. It works the same for a plumber in Pretoria, a guesthouse in Clarens or an attorney in Cape Town. We check Google the way your customers see it, in your town.
