You can, but with us you don't have to. Small changes like new prices, photos or opening hours are part of your monthly plan: send us a WhatsApp or email and we'll do it for you, usually within 2 working days. No logins and no software to learn.
How changes work with us
Instead of handing you a login and leaving you to figure it out, we take the website side off your plate. Tell us what you'd like changed in a WhatsApp, an email or even a quick voice note, and we'll sort it out. A photo or a rough note is fine.
What counts as a small change?
Changing opening hours, prices or text
Swapping or adding photos
Adding a team member
Fixing anything that breaks
Small changes are part of your monthly plan, and we usually reply within 2 working days.
What counts as a bigger job?
A new page, an online shop, a booking system, a page redesign or a new logo is a new project. We quote it up front, so you always know the price before we start.
Why we don't hand out editor logins
Two reasons. Editor logins on the platform we build on cost extra every month, and we'd rather keep your monthly fee low. And one wrong click can break a layout or undo SEO work. When we make the change, it's done properly and checked on a phone before it goes live.
What if I'd rather look after it myself?
That's your choice. There's no contract. If you'd rather run the website yourself, we can move it to your own account for a once-off buyout fee: 3 times your original once-off fee in the first 12 months, 2 times in months 13 to 24, and 1 time after that. Our terms of service have the details.
What Happens Long-Term?
After launch, your site runs on a simple monthly plan that covers hosting, updates, backups and support. It's month-to-month with no fixed-term contract. If you ever cancel, hosting ends and the site goes offline, but your domain name stays yours and your content is always yours to reuse. We also keep a private archive of your site for 6 months, so if you come back you can restart your monthly plan without paying the once-off build fee again.
